Terms & Conditions

[] Customer can not cancel order after dispatching the order without Delivery charge. 

[] Products will considered for exchange, If products are not used/ Damaged.

[] We are not bound to REFUND. If customer wants to exchange the ordered product, he must be pay exchange charge. 

[] By any chance, customer got the wrong product. We will exchange the product without exchange charge.

[] We request customer to check twice our size chart before place an Order. Because, Size charts are various from brand  to brand.

[] EXCHANGE CHARGE

     Inside Dhaka City 80tk 

      Dhaka Sub are 120tk

      Outside Dhaka City 150tk

[] Product can exchange for single time only.

[] Exchange request should be within 24 hours after product delivery.

[] Offer products will not be considered for exchange.

[] Customer can return any products ( regular price & offer product) in-front of Delivery man ( Only For H.D). Once Delivery man leave his premises, product will not considered for RETURN.  

[] For courier service collection, customer have to advance exchange charge Via Bkash/Nagad for return. Customer have to send products first to our warehouse address. After receiving the products, We will Inspect and let customer know his products are eligible for Exchange or Not.  

[] As we deliver through 3rd party courier companies, we request our customers to check the products in-front of delivery agent. If delivery agent leaves, we can not take quantity/ different products(Which is not our products) complain.

[] MANHAQ holds the right to change any T&C without prior notice. 

[]We deliver through 3rd party courier companies. We can give approximate time duration for any order. If it change by any chance, We are not responsible.[]
